We want you to have clear information about shipping costs and expected delivery timelines before making a purchase.

Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays relevant to order handling.
Processing includes reviewing an order, preparing items, and arranging dispatch.
An order placed outside normal processing hours may begin processing on the next business day.
Processing may be delayed when additional payment, address, or fraud checks are required. We will seek to notify affected customers when practicable.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, our estimated transit time is 7–15 business days.
This timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Actual delivery depends on the shipping method selected, destination, customs procedures where relevant, carrier operations, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Any more specific shipping estimate displayed at checkout for your order should be reviewed before purchase.
3. Shipping Destinations and Charges
Available delivery destinations and shipping methods are determined by the options offered at checkout for your address.

We do not promise a free-shipping threshold unless one is expressly shown on the Store and is applicable to your order.

We will attempt to help where possible, but corrections cannot always be made once a package has been handed to the carrier.
Additional costs caused by an incorrect address may be handled as permitted by applicable law and the terms disclosed to you at purchase.
If tracking indicates delivery but you have not received the package, or a shipment appears substantially delayed, contact us with your order number.
We will review available carrier information and help determine an appropriate solution.
Your legal rights for undelivered goods are not reduced by this process.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly.
Include your order number and a description of the problem.
Photographs may help us investigate, but will not be required where doing so would unfairly prevent a legal remedy.
Verified merchant-error returns will be handled at our expense in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
